A Repost: Astral Disaster LP (Prescription Edition)

My apologies for nothing new in some time. Infrequent updates and vids, but musickally, nada.
Unfortunately in the interim, some of my links have gone to the wayside. Rapidshare. Love em and hate em.
With that in mind, here is a re-up of the vinyl edition of Coil's "Astral Disaster"
The original post and infos would be here.
Such a good album in both incarnations.

As before, links in pics.

Thanks for reupping Astral Disaster, but why is the first track missing?

It's misleading. When my friend ripped this from vinyl, there was a ghost track. Some self-editing should rectify.

thanks very much!

a plea though: could this maybe be uploaded to another hoster?
when i try to download it tells me i have no right to do so, since i have no RAPID PRO account :(

OK. Thanks a lot for the quick answer!

re: rapidshare. I pay for this. I cannot pay for two services. Here are 2 workarounds:
1.decline the upgrade request, copy and paste the rapidshare address underneath 'you want to load the following file', then decline again and clicked on 'slow download.'
2.Go to the very front
of the URL and if you see https delete ONLY the 's' so you have "http" and
then enter that url and it should work for you.

thanks wassonii!

removing the secure-'s' from http worked fine!

My pleasure. ...and I agree!

Hey Wassonii,

Do you know if COIL did a collaberation with Autechre, and if it was ever leaked/released? Seems the COIL news may be coming to and end, eh? Oh well...

is the only collab between them of which I am aware. Hopefully whomever has the bittersweet task of going through Sleazy's archive will make some discoveries of which we all weren't aware.
And yes. Sad, but true, no new news or at least just a trickle until the archives are gone through and then it will really be "nothing here now but the recordings"

wassonii, thanks very much indeed for these - do you, or does anyone happen to have the Coil "Compilation Exclusives FLAC" files collection? - I had it on a drive that has died, alas, and the only thing I can find now is a torrent that will only download about 15% before completely stopping - if anyone has this on rapidshare or similar and could point me in the right direction I would be eternally grateful - many thanks indeed in hopeful anticipation

Not as FLAC, but I do have (though acquired elsewhere) the remixes as mp3. I'll see what I can do about that. I honestly hadn't seen what you describe until just searching it.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is the difference between the original vinyl version and the CD version? (which I have, and very much enjoy.)
