This album really made my head explode when it first came out. What was especially delightful about it was that Stapleton released all these little dribs and drabs from it on compilations and cassettes in the year preceding it, so when the whole LP came out, it was like everything you heard previously by NWW suddenly coalesced into this incredible, ridiculous symphony.

Unbelievable.

It lulls one into feeling "safe" (as much as a Nurse piece from this time period can:) about the listening experience and then packs multiple punches leaving one disoriented and wanting more, for sure.
Stapleton certainly has an apt touch with his sounds!
